How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 8:30 AM are usually are given for fresh printing orders on the same day on all working days (Mon-Sat) so that you always have access to the latest and the greatest! This is to ensure that no out-dated designs or discontinued product lines accidentally gets shipped along with your product order!

Those placed later or on a Sunday or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been printed and is ready to ship, deliveries usually happen within 7-14 working days from your initial order date depending on your location.

If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, acts of God or new Anime seasons releasing, the delivery time may increase by a few days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your courier tracking link once your order is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page.

Do check your e-mail spam folder in case you can’t find the e-mail from us.

What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?

We usually replenish our stock as soon as possible. You can send us an e-mail to inquire when it will be re-added in stock again and add an item that’s out of stock to your cart to receive an email notification as soon as it’s back in stock.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, there won’t be any possibility of changing the delivery address after an order has been placed and confirmed. But if there is an emergency, you can still reach out to us on _________________ and if there is any possibility, we will let you know!

Are there any additional shipping charges?
