Return and Exchange Policy

What is Geek Freak’s Exchange Policy?

Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a size change, you can request a return for it from your ______________________. After your return claim has been approved, instructions on how we will help collect the product from you will be sent by mail. 

Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue credits in your Wallet for the value of the products returned. A return handling charge of Rs. 50 per product will be applied, except in the case of a wrong or defective product sent. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have received a wrong product, we will initiate the pick up for it. Once it is secured, will initiate a fresh order delivery for the correct product(s) without any additional charge.

What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.

Can I get a refund in my bank account for a return?

Prepaid orders have the option of receiving refunds either in the form of credits in your wallet or back to the same Bank Account, Card or Wallet from which the original payment was made. Requests for bank transfers can only be made for up to 7 days from when the return is delivered.

Can I return some products out of a larger order?

Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Geek Freak’s Exchange Policy?

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of Face Masks, Phone cases, Coffee Mugs, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops and Caps where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at ­________________________ and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or to your wallet as per your convenience.

We will also not accept Returns or Exchanges on Pre-ordered products or for products under any special promotions where it is specifically indicated that the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any membership subscription is not eligible for return. Membership subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-transferable.

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on __________________________.

Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned.

Yes, the same product cannot be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
